It’s super simple! Just place the item you want in your cart and checkout. Instantly after purchase, you will receive an email from Etsy with a link to your files. Simply click on the link and download the file(s) to your computer. You can then instantly print the files on your home printer or take the files to your local print shop and have them printed professionally.
Hey, thanks for your order! Shortly after purchase, an email with a link to download your files was automatically sent to the email address you have on file with Etsy. It’s possible that the email could have ended up in your SPAM folder or you have an outdated email address on file. If you were logged into your Etsy account when you made the purchase, you can easily access all previous orders inside your account! Simply go to:

There you will see a list of all previous purchases. All digital purchases will include a link to download directly from that page.

For best results, we recommend printing all our designs on glossy photo paper. The weight and sheen of the glossy photo paper produces the best graphic quality and makes your finished product look professional. However, a lot of customers have chosen to print on cardstock and have been happy with the results.
Our $10 candy bar wrapper listings are for custom digital files that we design and send to you by email. Custom orders normally take 1 to 3 business days to design. You can then instantly print as many as you need for your event on your home printer or at your local print shop.
Our $5 candy bar wrapper listings are for instant download digital files that you purchase and download only your computer. Simply purchase once and you can instantly print as many as you need for your event on your home printer or at your local print shop. You will receive an email with a link to download your files a few minutes after purchase.
We don’t currently offer printing and shipping services. Sorry. However, these digital files can easily be taken to your local print shop or simply uploaded online to your local store and then you can just go pick them up in an hour.
With the item you want to purchase on your screen, click ADD TO CART. On your cart page, you will see a small box underneath your item that reads “Add a note to Studio120Underground”. Simply add your requests here. If your item includes a photo, it can simply be attached to an Etsy convo or emailed to admin@studio120underground.com and I’ll connect it to your order when it comes through.

The demand for custom design is currently larger than our capacity to fill the requests so we’re not currently accepting custom orders from scratch. However, we do love working one-on-one with our awesome returning customers whenever possible. So please feel free to contact us for availability.
